Situation
This client sought to decrease their dependence on search advertising and its increasing costs. We were charged with increasing visibility on Page 1 of search engine results for a dozen or more products. We also assisted with the launch of the client’s online store for limited product orders.
We started from ground zero. The client’s website had low domain authority and no prior SEO history. Adding to that, the site suffered from duplicate content competing in search results. They also faced about a half-dozen competitors with larger product portfolios and more established websites.
Results
- Year 1: A 16% increase in search traffic and 23% increase in leads
- Year 2: A 39% increase in search traffic, 7% increase in leads, and $27k in new online revenue
